Just as we are curious about life in the Spirit World, spirits are also interested in keeping in touch with our world. When new souls cross over, they have one consistent thought on their mind and that is to let their loved ones know that they are okay.

The problem for them is to find an open channel to communicate their messages. Telepathic communication with the Earth plane is difficult for new souls to master because of interference from surrounding energy fields and the limited number of mediums on Earth to receive messages. The easiest way for spirits to get their message across (I’m here!) is to transfer their energy through electrical sources such as light bulbs, televisions, stereos, radios, and even computers!
The Spirit World consists of several different planes, including the lower astral plane, the mental plane, the intellectual plane, and the spiritual planes. Each of these realms has a multitude of levels within its structure. Spiritually advanced souls hold responsible positions within the hierarchy. They come into these sacred positions having already advanced through the various levels of Initiation over many lifetimes.
Souls who achieved a level of excellence in their chosen profession on Earth also have a special place in the Spirit World. They can choose to be re-oriented to meet the requirements of a career equivalent to their specialty. For instance, Air Traffic Controllers can study traffic patterns for dimensional and time travel, while Computer Programmers can choose to study matrix engineering to learn about and eventually monitor the elaborate universal energy and solar systems. Those in the business of building, designing and renovating homes and buildings can study quantum physics to learn how to manipulate the invisible, discrete units that make up energy.
Many jobs in the Spirit World have similar matches on the Earth Plane, but use different titles. For instance, Soul Rescue Workers have duties similar to those of our Social Workers and psychiatrists, while Resettlement Officers may be compared to Human Resources Specialists. A spirit once communicated to me that he was a Resettlement Officer responsible for helping soldiers killed in wars to get re-established in their new life. His military experience in World War I had earned him this right of passage.
Some occupations that are familiar to us on the earth plane will be redundant in the Spirit World. For example: bank tellers, financial planners, real estate agents, lawyers, insurance agents, fashion designers, hairdressers, and cattle farmers will require retraining in new fields.
With a little insight, we can identify current jobs that are already undergoing changes to meet Universal standards in the next life. Physicians who are trained in the fields of human anatomy and the mind, and who are able to combine this knowledge with alternative healing methods such as Reiki and particularly radionics will become soul doctors in the next life.
A very complex telepathic network connects the World of Spirit to Earth and other planes. This wireless network system operates much like our telephone system but we have yet to develop receptors on earth that are sufficiently sensitive to intercept their sophisticated telepathic messaging system. Until such time, contact with the spirit world is limited to the telepathic abilities of mediums who act as channels for spirit communication. Those mediums and psychics will become Telepathic Operators in the Spiritual realms using their highly developed senses to keep the channels open for telepathic transmission between these two worlds and other Universes.
The caregivers in this world – those who take care of children – aspire to have the most important and respected careers in the Spirit World. They will be entrusted with the care and nurturing of young souls who arrive in the Afterlife without parents to care for them. Animal lovers, too, will be happy to know that animals have souls and consequently also have a place in the World of Spirit.
